Eiffel Tower summit

If you opt to take the stairs, head to the South Pillar. Here, you will find a ticket counter and the 674 steps up to the second floor. If your Eiffel Tower ticket includes elevator access, you can go to either the East or West Pillars where you will find entrances to the top.

Eiffel Tower Summit Reviews

“We enjoyed the Eiffel Tower. It was a cold day, and the second floor was very cold and windy. We paid extra for the elevator to the summit. I highly recommend going to the top. Beautiful views. Purchase a ticket online to avoid standing in a long line the day of your visit.” - Traveler13333

“We came on a Monday evening. We arrived close to 7 pm so walking up the first leg was no longer an option.  Went through security. Made it to the summit. Had champagne. And were on way back down all within 45-60 minutes. The option to walk down the stairs does exist. So we did that. Stunning. Iconic.” - NJmomof3kids
